We are staffed with professional representatives trained to provide you with first-class assistance. Whatever your inquiry, Our dedicated customer support team is trained to understand the needs of our clients and will provide you with a timely, reliable, and accurate response.

CMB’s Client Services Department is your primary resource for the following inquiries:

• Result Retrieval
• Add-ons (additional tests that were not originally requested on the requisition)
• Specimen requirements and handling procedures
• Critical and STAT result reporting
• Turnaround times
• Special requests
• Technical questions

We are dedicated to providing quick and accurate laboratory results to our clients. We offer stat testing for our clients with a 4 hour turnaround time. Most routine results are reported within 24 hours and sent to the referring physician. Critical results are notified to the physician’s office as soon as they become available. CMB Laboratory also offers online reporting through a web portal for your convenience.

Representatives from our Client Services Department are available Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm and on Saturday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
